This is a quite an interesting relief. In the top left register a man is milking a cow whose legs are restrained by a rope held by another man. In the bottom register at left a a man is carrying a new born cow on his back. And on the right a man is herding some long-horned cattle through a river. An hippopotamus is also visible with fish.
